In order to use this web site you must agree to the scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Booking Terms & Conditions that follow, and by using this web site you express your agreement with these
Booking Terms and Conditions.
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) customers.

scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Booking Policy & Procedure
Once you have checked availability with scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) and selected your desired
scuba diving activity and you wish to make a firm booking we will then
require a non refundable deposit of 40% of the total booking cost.
Payment methods can be made securely online through PayPal, by Amex, Visa and MasterCard.
If you prefer you can alos pay by bank transfer we will supply you with our bank details upon booking.
*Please note that bank transfer charges are to be paid by the sender*
On the receipt of receiving a 40% deposit for the specified scuba diving activity/and
or excursion, scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) will make the necessary confirmation with the specified operator
on your behalf and then we will send you a written confirmation.
At the time of booking we will also require the following information for all passengers ;
- Full Name(s) and title
- Nationality
- Contact Details: Fax, Telephone Number & Email Address
- Flight Details: Arrival and Departure Date along with your Flight Number
- scuba Diving Certification Level
- Number of Dives (if applicable)
- Date of your last dive
- If you require any rental equipment, BCD, Regulator, Wetsuit, Mask & Fins, Computer.
- Special Requests: Dietary Needs, Airport Transfer, and special preferences.
(We will also need to know what sizes are required for, BCD, Wetsuit and Fins.)
It is your responsibility at the time of booking to familiarize yourself with and adhere
to the specific country entrance requirements, for passports, visa and inoculations.
The remaining balance of 60% must be paid at least 60 days before departure to scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd).
If the remaining balance is not received in time then scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) retains the right to cancel
the booking and resell the scuba diving activity/and or excursion
scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) must be advised in writing BY EMAIL ONLY. Cancellations will not be acknowledged if received by telephone.
- Cancellation received 60 Days prior to departure. Deposit returned less bank fee
- Cancellation received less than 60 Days prior to departure. Deposit of (40%) will not be refunded
- Cancellation received less than 40 Days prior to departure. Full scuba diving activity/and or excursion price will be charged

scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Refunds
No refund or transfer of any unused portion of a scuba diving activity/and or excursion is
permitted; provided the listed services were available.
In the event listed services were not
available, scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) will make every effort to obtain compensation for the customer from the
operator.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) cannot be liable for services omitted by operators, therefore travel insurance is highly
recommended, please see below.
scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Insurance
We strongly recommend to our customers that they purchase a fully comprehensive travel insurance which covers, accident, medical, baggage, trip cancellation and interruption when a reservation is made. Please consult the following web sites;

We also highly recommend that certified divers purchase individual dive insurance from a reputable companies such as;

- DAN ASIA PACIFIC
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) has fully comprehensive insurance that covers student divers in training.
Please be advised that if guests choose not to purchase the travel insurance, scuba 4U
(Global 4U Co., Ltd) will not be held responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond
our control.
In the event that it will be necessary for scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) to cancel or interrupt the diving
excursion due to weather or mechanical problems there will be no refund.
scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Medical Matters
Qualified divers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present, dive
instructors are able to take this role but written permission must be provided from a parent
or legal guardian.
Qualified divers under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian with the same or
equivalent qualification who will be diving with them (written permission again must be
supplied)
If the Diver fails to appear for the dive without prior notification (other then valid
medical reason) the dive and all payments will be forfeit.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) is not certified to give you any medical advice. If you are unsure about any
medical matter then please seek advice from a certified GP before scuba diving.
scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Medical Matters - PADI Courses
It is mandatory to complete a PADI medical disclaimer prior to partaking a PADI scuba Diving
Course before diving.
This is a basic health questionnaire.
If you answer “YES” to any of the
specified questions on the form then you will require an additional form to be signed by a GP
prior to commencing the dive.
scuba 4U (Global 4U co., Ltd) Responsibility and Liability
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) acts only as personalized agents for our customers in arranging scuba diving
activities, hotel, transportation and other services related to scuba diving travel excursions.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) is not liable and will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss,
damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, and additional expense or mental or physical distress
in the event that may occur during scuba diving activities, as a result of the inbuilt risks
connected with scuba diving or as a result of acts or oversights of other third parties.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) is not liable and will not be held responsible for a person or company that fails
to render any services to be included in the scuba diving travel excursion, or in the event
of expense caused by illness, wars, strikes, mechanical failures, weather or acts of God.
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable to alter arrangements or itinerary, scuba 4U
(Global 4U Co., Ltd) may do without penalty.
If for reasons beyond the control of scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) changes may have to be made to a customer's
reservation due to an operator's unanticipated inability to provide a particular service, or
due to weather conditions or other acts of nature beyond the control of scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd).
Then scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) will consult with the customer and offer optional alternative services of equal value.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) will not refund payment of any amount when changes are beyond its control.
scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw any or all tours when conditions warrant.
Customers electing to use scuba diving equipment do so at their own risk.
Any damages to hired scuba equipment must be paid for in full.
To partake in any scuba diving activity with scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) we will require that you as the customer
hold a certification from a recognized scuba diving society such as SSI, CMAS, BSAC and PADI.
It is your responsibility that you are suitably qualified.
Upon request we will require proof
of your certification therefore enabling you to partake in any scuba diving activities prior to
you taking part.
This does not apply to scuba diving courses where you are learning to dive such
as a certification, which allows participants to take part without scuba diving certification.

Complaints at scuba 4U (Global 4U Co., Ltd) are taken seriously. We understand that you have carefully selected your
scuba diving holiday vacation so if you feel that you have been treated unfairly before or during
your scuba diving activity then please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
We will then look into your case and remedy a proposed conclusion.
Please make sure that you provide us with as much information as possible so we are able to
investigate your case fully. Supply us with dates, names, conversations and facts.
If you don't let us know we will not be able to improve the quality and service to you.
